We reviewed progress on a number of items including the Ashington Blyth and Tyne re-opening (which NCC are now calling &#8220;the Northumberland Line&#8221;), car parking at Morpeth Station, the Cross Country Re-Franchising Consultation, and the Council&#8217;s Core Strategy (which protects lines and alignments that SENRUG wants to re-open from building development).
