This is a crucial next step and has not come a moment too soon. After this comes the GRIP 4, then someone signs the cheque and construction work begins. The Council&#8217;s Press Release talks about trains running by early 2021. After 12 years of campaigning we can say &#8220;well done&#8221; to our local authority.
