Our view was that Northern had no management focus on the issue and had certainly not been able to share any kind of project plan showing when their recruitment or driver training programmes would allow them to do so. But Minister of State Wendy Moreton has responded to Mr Levy saying the hourly service is back in the timetable as from December 2022. And indeed it is.
