Contracts for Outline Design work have now been let (indeed, I met some yellow-jacketed surveyors doing water course investigations when out for my \u201cexercise\u201d walk at Lysdown Farm near Newsham last week). The County Council continue to pursue funding opportunities with the Department for Transport.
